Thanks to Jon's unique vision, Guy's architectural sensibility and the support of their team of designers, TAD has had remarkable growth. Jon hopes to expand TAD into more cities and work on product design development. In his free time, Jon enjoys cooking, cycling, kayaking and indulging his obsession with classic cars.

Guy Lafontant

Guy leads TAD's product research and development and oversees TAD's drafting and documentation. His former background provides a unique approach to integrating audiovisual and multimedia components into architecture and interior design. Guy's pastimes include woodworking, comics, movies and fashion.

James's work represents the multidisciplinary approach that makes TAD unique. His experience spans architecture, audiovisual design and project management. He treats each project as an extension of himself and uses his skills to consistently deliver. James spends his free time in Prospect Park with his wife and children.

Jeffrey Casserino

Jeff is the Director of Content at TAD. Within this role, he manages the creation of digital experiences and researches new ways of adding value to physical space with technology. Jeff lives in the Upper West Side of Manhattan with his wife Sara, and can be found on the weekends with her around Riverside Drive and Central Park.

Rob Badenoch

Rob Badenoch brings to TAD expertise in acoustical modeling, auralization, broadcast video production systems, large venue sound systems design and more. He maintains a direct connection to the needs of facility users and performers with sound and video production work in New York City theater and music venues.

Adrienne Buccella

Adrienne brings to TAD a history of exploring the intersection between digital and physical space. By investigating new software platforms, Adrienne has shown her ability to take our designs to the next level. Adrienne's off-hours are spent eating at NY restaurants and slowly running around Fort Greene to make up for it.

Peter Stern

Peter Stern brings 38 years of experience in the field of engineering and integration. At TAD, Peter heads up the systems portion of the design and develops solutions by working hand in hand with the lead designers of each team. Peter's passions include music, guitar and sports. He has been a Little League coach for the last six years.

Tim Plain

Tim joined the TAD team from Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems where he worked as an electrical engineer. He is multifaceted and supports production, procurement, customers, design integration and configuration management. When not at TAD, Tim can be found cooking, cycling and brewing his own beer.

Joseph Gaffney

Joe's projects include educational facilities, corporate offices, museums and gaming facilities. Joe also maintains a strong knowledge of IP-based technologies, dynamic multimedia systems and next generation convergence systems. In his spare time, Joe enjoys cycling, photography, hiking, woodworking and taking things apart.

Heecue Yang

Heecue came to TAD to explore technology and its effects on spatial logic, program and purpose. One of Heecue's dreams is to work on a large-scale community-based urban renewal project. Heecue spends her free time working with outreach programs teaching math and science, playing music, writing and taking photographs.

Kenny Kim

A formally trained architect, Kenny takes a particular interest in creating immersive spatial environments through audio and visual techniques. At TAD, he has worked along with team members on projects for numerous high profile clients including MetLife and Citibank. On the weekends, you will find Kenny on his bike or car for a drive out of the city.

Dan Barton

At TAD, Dan helps guide users through the continuing merge of AV and IT with a strong focus on the user experience. When out of the office, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, photography, writing and playing music and slowly restoring his colonial home to its former glory.

Zack Ranieri

Zack has worked to develop multimedia installations and coordinated tower-wide audiovisual strategies. His design abilities come through in strong graphic presentations to convey his team's visions. While not in the office, Zack can be found fine-tuning his knowledge of pop culture and wondering if he will ever finish reading all the books he owns.

Dimitry is a full-stack developer with focus on front-end technologies and user experience. He has extensive experience in software localization and working with international clients. Mihee is equipped with a diverse set of skills including graphic design, interaction designs, photography, advertisements and more. She is a creative problem solver who is passionate about designing meaningful visual experiences. At TAD, Mihee is involved with researching and developing processes for interactive digital design.

Cecile Lu

Cecile combines her creative and technical skills as a UX designer at TAD Associates. She is passionate about usability and good design, which was fueled at MIT. Cecile divides her free time between finding new spots to sketch in the city and creating homemade gifts for friends and family at her place in Crown Heights.

Ericka Ricciutti

Ericka's background in product design lends a tactile element to her skill set, which she uses at TAD to bridge the digital and the physical. She is interested in creating spaces for innovation and iteration within an AV experience. Ericka also prides herself as a communicator and she is excited to use these skills on future TAD projects.
